Our Company Formation package allows you to easily and quickly register a UK company. Applications can be submitted by e.mail, fax or post.

The Complete Package includes:

 4. Three bound copies of Memorandum & Articles of Association
 5. Bound Statutory Register
 6. First Board Minutes

Master Collections can also arrange the opening of your company bank account with Barclays Bank at no extra charge. For just an extra £25 we can extend the accounting reference date from 12 to 18 months so you don’t have to file company accounts until after your first year.

UK Company formation costs from £58 plus VAT, but this is reduced to £35 plus VAT if you appoint a Master Collections accountant. Where necessary we will charge for postage and packaging.
