For those considering nomination for Credit Professional of the Year 2008 come along and learn how Carlo won the inaugural award for the previous year. He will talk about how he turned Master Collections into a global debt collection agency with international clients and his ambition to promote a socially responsible image. In addition Carlo will explain what the award has done for him and Master Collections in the last 12 months. Come along and learn how Carlo is building on his success by taking new initiatives including the circulation of e-mail newsletters keeping those in the credit industry up to date on current affairs and developments effecting the way they collect debt.
Carlo comments:
‘Knowing the calibre of membership at the ICM I did not think a representative of a young collections firm stood a chance of winning the Credit Professional of the year award. It goes to show what being bold enough to be different while producing results can achieve. I’m looking forward to sharing my ideas and insight at the Chiltern Branch next January’
